dreamwell is a small practice, and this is a short policy. You are trusting us with a few facts, and here is what happens to them.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your company (when the inquiry is for your team), your email address, whether the inquiry is for a company or for you alone, and the date it was sent. No payment details — dreamwell never takes payment on this site.
Why we use it
To write back within one business day and set the first conversation. A note about each inquiry also goes to the practice’s own inbox so nothing is missed. Nothing else. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is never shared with your employer or anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while the conversation is open and for a reasonable time afterwards as a record of our work. If you ask us to delete yours, we delete it.
How it is stored
Inquiries are saved in a hosted database that only the practice can access, and email goes through a standard email provider that processes the message only to deliver it.
Seeing or deleting your information
Write to david@lovestrong.co and ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We will do it, and tell you when it is done.
